The University of Colorado Denver’s second phase of an organizational network study of the BIP highlights results from extensive interviews with small business, workforce, and community stakeholders. The research brief includes community perspectives on economic inclusion work as well as a range of recommendations for institutions as well as businesses and public partners to consider as they work to implement new hiring, purchasing and investment strategies.

The T. Rowe Price Foundation will distribute $2.7 million in grants under an ambitious, four-year initiative to boost educational, cultural and financial opportunities for residents of underserved city neighborhoods.
Maryland Philanthropy Network members are invited to a briefing by the Baltimore City Public Schools Food and Nutrition Services Team and Maryland’s farms to schools lead about the current state of food and nutrition in City Schools and efforts to transform into a system that delivers healthier, more nutritious and tasty food to its 85,000 students.
As the COVID-19 outbreak evolves, we are convening members, grantees, and government sector partners to stay connected, informed, and to support collaborative action.
The Prenatal-to-Five (PN-5) Affinity Group was created to help funders who are interested in supporting expectant parents, and children from birth through age five and their families improve their grantmaking by learning more about initiatives, educational research, and best practices. More details about the agenda and speakers will be available soon!
