Today, the Maryland State Board of Education voted unanimously to elect Dr. Joshua Michael as President and Dr. Monica Goldson as Vice President for the 2024-2025 term.
This year Maryland Philanthropy Network is reuniting for our first in-person meeting since 2019 to celebrate our 40th Anniversary! MPN members are invited to join us for a morning of reconnection, celebration, and updates on the vibrant activities of our network. The Prenatal to Five Impact Collaborative (PN-5 Impact Collaborative) meets each month.
Maryland Philanthropy Network invites CEOs, Presidents, and Executive Directors to deepen relationships with regional peers while sharing and aligning grantmaking strategy, practices, and reporting. The session will begin with networking opportunities followed by a roundtable discussion and, time permitting, close with some smaller conversations in breakout rooms.
We are excited to present our 2015 Profile of Education Giving, which aggregates data about our members’ investments in education.
In 2015, we disseminated an online survey to all members. We received responses from 50 members about the education-related organizations they support and their education focus areas.
