Fourteen women will be inducted into the Circle of Excellence, receiving the award for a third and final time.

This corporate roundtable is an opportunity to learn and share with peers across the country who understand the challenges and successes of designing a giving strategy and implementing practices that have the greatest impact during a time of crisis. Diaz, head of Crisis Response and Humanitarian Aid at Google.org, and peers who are navigating what it takes to be trusted leaders among emerging generations of employees and stakeholders.
In this session, you’ll hear what foundations are doing broadly to incorporate equity internally, as well as ways Maryland Philanthropy Network funders are making equity a part of their day-to-day operations. Then, you’ll have the opportunity for small group discussions and a chance to ask deeper questions of each panelist, as you create your own plan for next steps to address equity within your own foundation.
