For over a decade, members of the Baltimore Workforce Funders Collaborative (BWFC) have supported a growing number of industry focused workforce development initiatives, and the outcomes are notable. In last month’s Member Memo, I emphasized a core belief that continues to guide our work: meaningful, lasting impact in our communities depends on collaboration. No single organization can address today’s complex challenges alone. A perfect example of this belief in action took place earlier this month when we partnered with Exponent Philanthropy to host a Lean Funder Regional Gathering at our office in Baltimore.
