Assessing Nonprofit Financial Health: A Peer Conversation

Assessing Nonprofit Financial Health: A Peer Conversation

Tuesday, February 17, 2026, 2:00 - 3:30 PM

As funders navigate decision-making in the current funding environment, the appraisal of nonprofit organizations’ financial health and fiscal stewardship holds new importance.

Join the Baltimore Community Foundation and Maryland Philanthropy Network for a funder-to-funder discussion about assessing nonprofit organizations’ financial health. We encourage you to bring your approaches to conducting due diligence, lessons learned, burning questions and ideas to share with the group.

Who should attend? Those who conduct due diligence in grantmaking: program-officers, CEOs, and other staff, as well as trustees and fundholders.

Accessibility: Our office is located in a single-story building with free accessible parking directly in front of our suite. Learn about Maryland Philanthropy Network’s program accessibility at this link. To request any additional accessibility accommodations, contact the staff member listed above in the yellow registration section.

This meeting is for Maryland Philanthropy Network members and invited funders only. A virtual option may be available upon request.
