Building on that conversation and contemplating the challenges the pandemic brought on the arts community, join Maryland Philanthropy Network's Arts Funders Affinity Group to revisit and deepen your understanding of what’s happening to support leaders of color in the arts and creative economy in Maryland.

Join Maryland Philanthropy Network’s Prenatal to Five Affinity Group for its first peer meet up! We will meet in MPN's large conference room with time to discuss the key opportunities and challenges in our work and share about activities each member is prioritizing in their organization. After the meeting, we’ll continue conversation and relationship building at UNION Craft Brewing, the brewery across the parking lot from MPN for informal networking. Maryland Philanthropy Network welcomes 2017 Annual Meeting Speaker, Paul Schmitz back to Baltimore for an interactive workshop to help funders explore how community engagement can advance their and their grantees' results.
This report documents the experiences, successes and lessons learned during the Learning and Action Agenda Project, an effort to provide local grantmakers with information and strategies around issues of importance to the Casey Foundation —particularly around the Foundation’s Family Economic Success framework — and to motivate them to take action on those issues within their own communities and networks.
