Establishing a scaled fiscal hosting solution for Baltimore through a collaborative process that demonstrates local philanthropic support, strong financial analysis, and grassroots leadership could transform the field. Join us for an exploratory conversation about applying this idea to the recently announced 2030 Racial Equity, W.K. Kellogg Foundation challenge.

Our customized 4,000-square-foot office features a polished and comfortable conference room (twice the size as our old one), casual meeting areas, an open kitchen, and over 100 feet of gallery space. During the open house, we invite you to tour our offices and convening spaces, experience our first art installations - The Photographer is Listening by Edwin Remsberg and Positive Connection by G.M. Webb, all while enjoying light fare with friends and colleagues as we establish the new center for philanthropy in Maryland.

Havaca Ganguly is Executive Director of The Middendorf Foundation which provides capital and one-time grants that support six areas of grantmaking focus. When Havaca took over the one staff position in late 2019, the foundation had a chance to reflect on their practices and reset operations. In March 2022, we spoke with Havaca to learn more about their process and what they're excited about for the future.
