Join Senator Chris Van Hollen for a discussion on issues affecting nonprofit organizations and our communities. This convening will be focused on bridging the gap between the nonprofit sector and federal policymakers.
Join Maryland Philanthropy Network for a conversation with sector leaders including guests from the Annie E. Casey Foundation, CLLCTIVLY, and Leaders of a Beautiful Struggle to discuss advocacy and the role of philanthropy. This program will explore challenges and opportunities around growing a grantmaking infrastructure for policy and systems reform advocacy including community-led movements. Members will learn about what’s needed in the space, reimagining philanthropy, strategies that work, and the urgency of the moment in the current political climate.
