The Horizon Foundation has announced three new members to its board of trustees: Jonathan Ilsong Ahn, Esq., an attorney and Korean American community leader; Catherine Hamel, president of Gilchrist Hospice Care; and Brian Hepburn, MD, executive director of the National Maryland Philanthropy Network of State Mental Health Program Directors.

The Baltimore Children and Youth Fund (BCYF) awarded CLLCTIVLY and Maryland Nonprofits $150,000 to pilot the CONNECT program. CONNECT is a nine-month cohort of ten organizations focused on deepening relationships and collaboration among nonprofits to improve organizational sustainability, increase fundraising, and move towards a liberatory framework for serving young people in Baltimore City.

Hosted and presented by United Philanthropy Forum in partnership with the Council on Foundations and Independent Sector, Foundations on the Hill is intentionally designed as a forward-looking advocacy conference and experience.
