The Baltimore Workforce Funders Collaborative (BWFC) at Maryland Philanthropy Network is thrilled to launch its new strategic and operating framework. This document sets forth a new vision, mission, and set of values. It recognizes the rich history of the BWFC dating back to 2006 and then sets forth a new set of strategic principles, pillars, and tactics for the future. This framework also lays out a plan for how the Collaborative is structured to operate.

The group’s members are excited to have come this far and recognize this as the beginning of a new chapter in their work together.

Working with the Director of the BWFC, Linda Dworak, Elaine will facilitate the formation and implementation of the new Baltimore Climate and Infrastructure Workforce Hub (The Hub).
On Tuesday, July 24, 2018, 9:00 - 9:20 AM, Shanaysha Sauls, BCF's President & CEO, will tell us about BCF's strategic plan. She'll dive into how BCF will be approaching engagement, fundraising and grantmaking three and a half years.
