The board and staff of MPN have begun their strategic work to define our path forward and to determine our core pillars of work.
Join Maryland Philanthropy Network for an expanded opportunity for all MPN members to convene in our State Capitol for our annual Philanthropy Summit (formerly known as Day in Annapolis). Members will receive updates from state policy makers and sector leaders on the 2026 legislative session. The Arts Funders Affinity Group invites all members interested in arts and community investment to this continuation of conversations held in October 2018, July 2019 and April 2020. Leaders of Baltimore City's four Arts and Entertainment Districts, Chad Hayes, Director of Community Planning and Revitalization at the Baltimore City Planning Department, and David D. Mitchell, Program Director for Arts and Entertainment Districts, Maryland State Arts Council will provide updates about each districts’ major projects, redesignation status, successes, and current challenges. In addition, we’ll learn about the City's coordination efforts and funding and discuss current issues, such as safety.

While many healthcare entities and community-based organizations are focused on bolstering and moving services to the home, they are often designed for the general target population and struggle to customize and tailor this experience.
