This year, the bikes bore the Columbia based nonprofit the Horizon Foundation’s logo as the program’s “title sponsor.” Horizon Foundation’s funding will continue, but its time as title sponsor will end in the fall, according to Ayotte.

The University of Colorado Denver’s second phase of an organizational network study of the BIP highlights results from extensive interviews with small business, workforce, and community stakeholders. The 2019 Maryland General Assembly begins Wednesday, January 9, 2019! Some are calling the upcoming session "The Education Session!" In the coming weeks, the Commission on Innovation and Excellence in Education (aka Kirwan Commission) will release its final report and legislation will follow shortly thereafter. Join us for an Education Funders and Public Policy Committee Advocacy Action Discussion for 2019. During the discussion, we will share known updates for the Kirwan Commission and legislation as well as determine possible advocacy actions for grantmakers, both collectively or individually.
