The Baltimore Workforce Funders Collaborative (BWFC) Wage Record Study is an analysis of pre- and post-program employment and wages for individuals served by workforce development programs in the Baltimore Area. Please join MPN's BWFC and the participating workforce non-profits for a briefing with Dr. Richard Clinch of the Jacob France Institute at the University of Baltimore who will present the findings from the most recent report issued in Spring 2024.

Please join MPN Health Funders Affinity Group to learn from Dr. Yolanda Ogbolu, Dean of University of Maryland School of Nursing, about the West Baltimore Reducing Inequities in Cardiovascular and Mental Health Collaborative-Stronger Together (RICH 2.0) project. In addition to a multisector learning collaborative, interventions include a mobile health program, nurse-led clinics located in under-resourced communities, and a robust community outreach model that allows outreach workers to connect directly with clients to address the social barriers to health.

With housing as a frame, we’ll hear about their comprehensive primary and behavioral health care services, affordable housing options, and training about how to provide welcoming and affirming care and services.

Local purchasing strategies to support area businesses can generate much needed jobs for Baltimore. However collective action is also needed to be successful as well as an enabling environment to intentionally leverage anchor institution purchasing to build opportunities for area businesses and residents.
The Seniors and Housing Collaborative (S & HC) convenes stakeholders to develop strategies and invest resources to advance equity and systems change to impact older adults and people with disabilities’ well-being in the greater Baltimore region with a focus on housing.
A collaborative partnership of anchor institutions, funders, nonprofits and public organizations focused on establishing economic inclusion as the business culture of norm in the Baltimore region.
