Happening during National Diabetes Awareness Month, this program will provide an overview of two of the six partnership initiatives funded through the Regional Partnership Catalyst Program and developed to address the growing diabetes epidemic in Maryland. MPN members and partners will have the opportunity to ask questions and learn about opportunities to support the efforts in a successful diabetes campaign to reduce diabetes.

Casey Foundation, and the Goldseker Foundation, the Baltimore Integration Partnership (BIP) launched 2.0 in 2014 to deepen anchor institution’s efforts to support area residents, businesses and communities.
