Baltimore City Schools became the topic of national news in 2018, with focus on lack of proper heating and cooling in school buildings across the city.  Join us to learn more about infrastructure problems that exist, the funding mechanisms that exacerbate the problem and the steps City Schools is taking to proactively address facility challenges and buildings with alternative financing mechanisms.  The panel from Baltimore City Schools includes:
