Foundations on the Hill (FOTH) is a multi-day event that brings together foundation leaders, grantmakers, and regional associations from across the country to DC for meetings with Congress about key issues of importance to foundations and philanthropy. Join Maryland Philanthropy Network's Prenatal to Five Funders Affinity Group for a 3-part virtual learning series highlighting the biological, social, and systemic foundations of Early Relational Health. This will be an opportunity to engage with national and local experts, connect with fellow leaders, learn from inspiring real-world examples, and explore how fostering strong, nurturing relationships can transform the lives of infants, toddlers, and their families – laying a solid foundation for success in school, work and life.
Giving circle leaders are invited to the twelfth annual Giving Circle Connector Gathering. The dozens of giving circles in our region will gather virtually to connect and learn from one another about a variety of issues important to giving circles. This year's theme will be “We’re all in this Together” with a special presentation by Sara Lomelin, Executive Director of Philanthropy Together focused on leading a movement to diversify and democratize philanthropy and support Race Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion work within giving circles.

Please join MPN Health Funders Affinity Group to learn from Dr. Yolanda Ogbolu, Dean of University of Maryland School of Nursing, about the West Baltimore Reducing Inequities in Cardiovascular and Mental Health Collaborative-Stronger Together (RICH 2.0) project. In addition to a multisector learning collaborative, interventions include a mobile health program, nurse-led clinics located in under-resourced communities, and a robust community outreach model that allows outreach workers to connect directly with clients to address the social barriers to health.
