Maryland Philanthropy Network is pleased to host our annual Responsive Philanthropy in the Black Community (RPBC) Training, in partnership with the Maryland Philanthropy Network of Black Foundation Executives (ABFE).
Responsible for identifying the educational needs of Maryland Philanthropy Network members and designing and implementing programs to meet those needs.
This report lays out a range of strategies that can help address Baltimore’s urgent need to do more to create new opportunities for the city’s large population of disconnected youth.
