POSTPONED: Focus On City Schools: Update on the Every Student Succeeds Act and Evaluation

Maryland Philanthropy Network is pleased to host Chris Wohn, Director of Research, and Michael Haugh, Program Evaluator, of City Schools’ Achievement and Accountability Office for an update on the requirements for federal funding under the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA). Mr. Wohn and Mr. Haugh will share data regarding Baltimore’s landscape of education-based interventions and provide tangible tools that help grantees in meeting ESSA requirements. Participants will leave this program knowing the Do’s and Don’ts of completing an ESSA evaluation to improve the vetting process and assist grantees.
