Empowering Older Adult Advocates Workgroup Meeting - Legislative Engagement Strategy

Please join the Baltimore Seniors and Housing Collaborative’s Empowering Older Adult Advocates Workgroup for a discussion about the group's engagement strategy for the upcoming 2024 legislative session. A survey will be distributed to assess your interest and skills/expertise ahead of time and we will incorporate your responses into the action plan as we develop together. 

The Older Adult Advocacy workgroup helps foster the advocacy of older adults in Baltimore City on issues of concern to them.  In our initial meeting, we gathered some information about some small pockets of older adult advocacy/groups and talked about ways to bring these groups together to see if there might be potential to form a larger group or coalition.
