Women's Giving Circle Holds Annual Grant Event

The Women’s Giving Circle of Frederick County held it’s annual grants event at The ARC. The group distributed $280,000 in funding to nonprofits that support programs that enable and empower women in challenging situations to improve the quality of their lives.
