Join us for a timely conversation with Kevin Lindamood, President and CEO of Health Care for the Homeless, as he shares insights on the rapidly shifting policy and funding landscape affecting homelessness, health care, and housing. Kevin will discuss how recent and proposed HUD and HHS/Medicaid policy changes are impacting service providers and housing-as-healthcare strategies; how Health Care for the Homeless is preparing for and responding to the 2027 Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO); and provide updates on the expansion of the Assistance in Community Integration Services (ACIS) program. He will also offer his perspective on the progress of HCH Realty as a new development entity, and the role and direction of the Maryland Supportive Housing Coalition. The Huddle will include ample time for questions, open discussion and sharing. All funders interested in housing justice and homelessness prevention are welcome to attend!
