Fostering Courageous Conversations: For Foundation Staff

Today's policy and funding landscape is requiring many people to have courageous conversations with board members and colleagues.  

Foundation staff are invited to a special conversation designed, at the request of members, to tap into the insights of peers. Using a peer-to-peer consultation exercise, participants will consult with one another about challenges related to navigating the current moment. Participants will leave with strategies and lessons to advance their work and deeper connections with colleagues. 

This event is for Maryland Philanthropy Network members only and is most appropriate for senior foundation staff who engage with boards and trustees. In person attendance is highly encouraged. A virtual option may be available upon request.
