Community Investment Funders Sharing Session and Conversation with Baltimore Community Foundation

Tuesday, December 10, 2019, 12:00 - 2:00 PM

Attention all Maryland Philanthropy Network members funding Community Development!

Laurie Latuda Kinkel, Vice President of Strategy at the Baltimore Community Foundation (BCF), will kick off our Sharing Session by talking about BCF’s new strategic plan and current priorities.  Following that, participants will share with one another their current projects and grantmaking, as well as questions/struggles. We will also discuss the Community Investment Affinity Group’s activities in 2020.

The Community Investment Affinity Group is focused on exploring opportunities to strategically allocate and align community development resources in Baltimore City and the surrounding region.  The group builds relationships among Maryland Philanthropy Network members interested in neighborhood and community development; shares information, research and ideas for impact and leverage.

Attendees are encouraged to bring printed information about their grantmaking, special projects, or funded research. Please send to ehyleck@marylandphilanthropy.org for assistance with copying.

This program is for Maryland Philanthropy Network members and invited guests only. Lunch will be served.
