“For Grantseekers: Board Development" is an opportunity for nonprofit organizations to learn helpful practices and gain useful skills in developing a nonprofit board.

Please join your nonprofit colleagues for a conversation with Melissa Curtin, a licensed Standards for Excellence consultant, experienced social sector leader, coach, and nonprofit strategy consultant. This workshop will focus on effective development, coordination, and leadership tools for nonprofit boards. The workshop will include key practices for selecting board members, understanding and communicating board roles and responsibilities, and executive management skills of board coordination and leadership.   

This event is for grantseekers. Registration is from 9:00 – 9:30 AM and the workshop will begin promptly at 9:30 AM and end at 11:30 AM.

Fee: $50 per participant

Cancellations & Refunds 
Please email Elyse Robinson, or 410.727.1205, with any questions or changes to your registration. For cancellations made at least a week before a program, you will receive a full refund. No refunds are available within one week of a program or event. This allows us to plan event capacity accurately and keep costs as low as possible for participants.
