Small charitable foundation in Hunt Valley, MD seeking executive assistant to work with President on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Applicant must have ability to work independently and possess strong communication and organizational skills. Duties include maintaining and reconciling financial records, preparation for and assistance at Trustee meetings, and general administrative assistance to President. Proficiency required in Microsoft Word, Excel and QuickBooks. College degree preferred. Salary commensurate with experience. Flexible hours.
